merry christmas everyone
I hope you all had a wonderful day of eating and being merry love the creative cooke
Since I have made this I had so many more requests for it.
Take your favourite vanilla sponge recipe and add about 300g of raspberries into the mix. Then use my cream cheese frosting to go on top.
To create the roses spoon alternately two icing mixtures - red and white to pipe as normal. It gives a great two tone effect.
Gluten Free AMAZING (even if I say so myself) Chocolate Cake
This is a great, very easy recipe. Its a chocolate mousse cake made with no flour- instead ground almonds or hazelnuts.
300g of dark chocolate (60%min)
1 tablespoon of a nut powder
275g sugar (caster only)
5 large eggs
I then sprayed gold with edible spray from asda- it honestly takes under an hour from start to finish!
Congratulations Steve on your new job! (he loved the cake)
Gluten Free Vegetarian Lasagne
Made even healthier by using yoghurt instead of cream and chunks of goats cheese. I also used quorn mince with loads of herbs so it tastes good…splash on some pesto in between layers to add extra flavour!
Gluten free pasta sheets from Sainsbury’s
Breakfast for friends The creative Cooke Natural yogurt, tiny amount of golden syrup ( purely because there was honey in the cupboard), strawberries, banana, kiwi and my homemade granola bars.
